I Have Paid but Cannot Download My PDF If you have completed payment but cannot download your purchased study material, please follow these steps.
What Should I Do?

1. Log in to your SILAS ACADEMY account.
2. Open the Orders section.
3. Find the order containing your purchased PDF.
4. Check whether the order has been confirmed.
5. Look for the download option if access is available.

What If My Payment Was Successful?If money was deducted but your order is not confirmed, do not make another payment immediately.
Contact our support team so that your transaction can be checked.
Please provide:

• Your registered email address.
• Your order number, if available.
• Your payment transaction reference.
• The amount paid.
• The date and approximate time of payment.

Never send your mobile money PIN, password or OTP to anyone.
